Absolutely! In fact, that's one of the main reasons to get a crown - to restore full chewing function. Once your permanent crown is placed at Verde Smiles and you've had a few days to adjust to it, you should be able to eat everything you normally would. Steaks, apples, corn on the cob - all back on the menu.
That said, your crowned tooth isn't indestructible. We recommend using the same common sense you'd use with your natural teeth: don't crack nuts with your teeth, chew on ice cubes, or use your teeth to open bottles or tear packages.
